For the last five years I've worked directly with founders and leadership teams to unlock growth constraints.
Before growth-tracking I spent 11 years building Neq4 — we became the leading supplier of street-view imagery gear for a major maps platform, but after 5 years of constant hypothesis testing we failed to find the next growth engine and the company plateaued.
Today I focus on bottleneck-focused growth coaching and inner-pattern work for founders. Lead Growth Coach at a growth-accelerator program; recognised “Tracker of the Year”.

What is Growth-Tracking?
Growth-tracking is a practical, evidence-based methodology that accelerates business results through weekly diagnosis of the current bottleneck, short hypothesis-driven experiment sprints, and equipping the team with the tools to execute.

Each week, together with the founder or leadership team, the tracker helps to:
- Formulate the primary goal and a measurable growth indicator.
- Identify the key constraint slowing that goal right now.
- Agree on 1-2 experiments that will relieve the constraint fastest.
- Review factual progress seven days later and adjust course.

Testimonials
Early 2020 I was drowning in ops and ready to quit. Dmitry kept us on a weekly cadence: Goal → Constraint → Hypothesis → Sprint. The big unlock was outside my skill-set — sales. Building — when I create products & processes
- Street-view Hardware (Neq4)
- Designed proprietary camera rigs for large-scale street imagery. Today 90% of a leading map platform’s panoramas are shot with this gear. Crew output grew from 500 km to 2,500 km per month while cost per km dropped 10×.
- Scaling Operations (Neq4)
- Grew the fleet from 1 to 8 vehicles, taking production to 9,000 km/month. Built a team that scales from 1 to 40 shoots per day; led international projects (Turkey, Ukraine).
- FastTrack Agency
- Partner (2018-2021). Created a rapid hypothesis-testing product and a quality-control system for growth tracking. Used in a Telco ISP bundle, Manufacturing BU inside a steel company and others. Individual teams added ~$110 k in monthly recurring revenue.
